Rick Weaver

- As an attorney of 33 years, “Rick” brings a wealth of experience. Although he brings a treasure of legal expertise, he also brings the human element and the famous reputation of being the best listener and people person west of the Mississippi.
- Rick completed his law degree at University of Houston Law Center.
- Rick enjoys skiing and competed on a national level in college track & field sports.
- He is the father of 7 children and 14 grandchildren.
Dan Garcia

- As a management consultant, Dan helped private equity firms accelerate growth by refining their strategy, identifying operational improvements, and conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Dan completed his MBA at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and has since worked in the industrial manufacturing, business services, and technology industries.
- He recently moved to Utah with his wife and four kids so they could spend more time enjoying the outdoors.
